ReelDx’s New Successful Strategy Featured in Portland Business Journal Article

We were very pleased to see ReelDx and our new business strategy positively profiled in a recent article in the Portland Business Journal entitled, “Portland health tech startup finds success pivoting back to its roots.”

As the article highlighted, we are proud to have more than 60 educational institutions subscribed to the ReelDx video platform, including Yale University School of Medicine, Oregon Health & Science University and the nursing schools at New York University, Columbia University and Georgetown University.

Our CEO Julia Alena was interviewed for the article and explained how our team has been working to deepen relationships with our existing customers, adding new customers and expanding the ReelDx library with more specialty-specific videos. Additional specialty-specific ReelDx content will include versions for nursing, physician assistant, and for emergency medical services (EMS). In addition, she discussed how we’re planning to help customers integrate the content into their curriculum.

Julia also explained how we’re working together with medical professionals across the country to train them to shoot HIPAA-complaint video footage.  This content is added on an ongoing basis to the ReelDx video library of more than 700 cases covering thousands of diagnoses.

Thanks to our great community of medical professionals!
