New CEO Announcement
ReelDx is proud to announce that Rob Humbracht has joined our team as CEO. We want to thank our outgoing CEO and co-founder, Bill Kelly, who has been guiding ReelDx on an interim basis since April 2020. Bill will continue his critical role on our board of directors and help oversee the future success of the company.
Rob’s an educator at heart. His career began at The Princeton Review, where he spent nine years as a tutor and trainer. When he moved to San Diego, Rob discovered how much help pre-med and pre-health students needed on their application essays and interviews, so he founded Passport Admissions in 2007 to serve that need.
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Rob recognized that pre-health students needed to build clinical skills while stuck at home, so together with long-time pre-med advisor Janet Snoyer, he founded the HEAL Clinical Education Network. As the co-founder and CEO, Rob has grown HEAL to over 24,000+ users and helped develop over 100 courses on different aspects of medicine. Because HEAL uses ReelDx cases in every course, Rob came to believe in the power of real patient video in developing the future leaders of healthcare.
Bill, who has worked closely with Rob over the past year as he launched HEAL Clinical Education Network, sees great things for ReelDx with Rob at the helm. "We're excited to have Rob join the company in this role. His deep experience in education and commitment to seeing students succeed will be a great value to ReelDx customers and users. And his ability to innovate in the medical education space is really exciting. I look forward to seeing Rob's success at ReelDx."
